It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida Mae Wade (Warrensburg, Missouri), born in Higginsville, Missouri, who passed away on March 13, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ward; and her parents, Edward and Christina. She is survived by: her children, Carol Wade of Independence, Diane Bixby (John) of Lee's Summit and David Wade of Warrensburg; her grandsons, Jacob Wade (Marjorie) of Raymore and Brian Bixby (Kelly) of Lee's Summit; and her great grandchild Martin Wade. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the First United Methodist Church and can be left in care of the funeral home.
