He was predeceased by: his parents, Prentis Bullard and Jean Bullard (Robinson); and his sisters, Florence Walker (Bullard) and Rose Solnic (Bullard). He is survived by: his wife Shirley of Warrensburg; his children, Melinda Mayle (Mark) of Grafton and Steven Bullard (Linda) of Lee's Summit; his sister Carole Warren (Bullard); and also, Joshua, Adam, Lucas Ware and George Bullard (Bonnie).
