Harland left this world on August 4, 2024 at the age of 75, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland A. Tempel and Velva F. Tempel (Fox). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Tempel; his sons, Troy Tempel (Jessica) and Danny Tempel (Amanda); his grandchildren, Ryker Tempel, Tessa Tempel, Ayda Tempel and Josey Tempel; and his siblings, Leon Tempel (Vicki) and Dianne Hedrick (Milbert). He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to the Knob Noster Youth Sports Association, as the local school district was dear to Ed's heart. Donations can be entrusted to the care of Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home.
