With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gertrude Hayes of Warrensburg, Missouri, who passed away on January 18, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William S. Heathman and Betsy Dorinda Heathman; her former spouse Francis Mann; her spouse C. T. Hayes; her daughter Sandra; her son-in-law Richard Plachte; her granddaughters, Dorinda Lee (Bryan) of Silver Spring and Betsy Winchell (David) of Lee's Summit; and her great grandchildren, Kenna Shields of Mt. Airy, Emily Woodring (Maxx) of Kansas City, Michelle Ball of Silver Spring, Ally Marriott of Warrensburg, William and Theodore Shields of Mt. Airy. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
She had requested contributions to ASPCA in lieu of flowers.
