He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland and Ella Mae Cooper; his son Cameron Dale Cooper; his siblings, Chester Cooper, Henry Cooper, Franklin Cooper, Esther Johnson, Flora Thomas and Ruby Cook; and his grandson Cameron Charles Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Rayanne Cooper; his children, Michael J Cooper, Anthony R Cooper, Georgia King and Wanda Murray; and his grandchildren, Paul Cooper, Kevin Cooper and Ocean Cooper. He is also survived by 14 great grand children.
