She is survived by: her parents, Blondy Hall Lakey and Anna Lee Lakey (Reed); her children, Wanda Blankenship of Minnesota, Cindy Golden of Oklahoma, Richard Blankenship (Patty) of Minnesota, David Blankenship of Missouri and Norman Blankenship (Cindy) of Minnesota; and her sister Ruby Bollmeyer of Missouri. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
