He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Perkins and Frances Perkins. He is survived by: his former wife Pamela A. Comer; his wife Pam; his children, Ronda Anderson (Anthony), Sherrie Dillard (Charles), Pamela Knaumann (David) of Holden, MO, Danielle Bradley (Ricky) of Nevada, Lisa Newcomb, Tassy Apodaca (John) of Warrensburg, MO, Mariah Perkins of Warrensburg, MO, Alina Perkins of Warrensburg, MO, Marianne Perez (Alfred), Charlotte Lawrence (Darrel), Connie Perkins of Oregon, George Perkins, Josh Newcomb (Erin), Ryan Newcomb (Samantha) and Elijah Perkins; and his brother Jerry Perkins of Sacramento, CA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service, will be scheduled at a later date, due to COVID concerns.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
