She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Willie and Ethel Mae Turner (Diver); her husband John William Collins; her children, Geraldine, John Calvin, Gertrude LaVerne, Ralph Lester, Raymond Wade, Gertrude Murrell (John) and Ralph Collins (Linda); and her sisters, Hannah Elizabeth West and Dawn Benita Cole. She was also cherished by sixteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Zion A.M.E. Church in Mayview, MO and can be left in care of the funeral home.
