She is survived by: her parents, Greg Lightfoot (Gordo) and Melissa Lightfoot (DeLarm); her siblings, Parker and Audrey of Warrensburg, MO; and her grandparents, Dale, Saundra DeLarm of Florence, MO, Harry (Vickie Lightfoot) and Nancy Lightfoot of Slater, MO. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Because of the love Grace had for animals, the family suggests memorial contributions to Old Drum Animal Shelter or Johnson County Board of Services Foundation due to Autism in the family.
