She was predeceased by: her parents, Donovan Fairfax and Lillie Idelle Hultz (Hawkins) of Carrolton, MO.; and her daughter Yvonne Allison. She is survived by: her husband Addison Benjamin Lichtenthaler (Ben); her children, Marylin Lund of McMinnville Oregon, Howard Lichtenthaler and Dee of Centerview, MO; and her grandchildren, Jessica Lipke, Heather Meyers and Christopher Meyers.
