He is survived by: his wife Belinda; his children, Robert (Megan) and Christina (Ben); his grandchildren, Benjamin X., Jade-Phoenix and Eleanor; his siblings, Charles "Corky", Allen Dale, Geri Ann, Debbie and Julie; and his pets, Stars, Stripes, Tom, Jerry, Poison Ivy, Diva, Midnight and Babes.
Donations are suggested to either Johnson County Hospice Care or the Wounded Warrior Project and may be left in the care of the funeral home.
