He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin W. Cookerow and Marilyn J. Cookerow (Erbes); and his former wife Edith "Louise" White of Richmond. He is survived by: his wife Amy Hunt of Lee's Summit; his sisters, Deborah and Deann; his sister-in-law Michelle Menard; and his niece Nevaeh Menard.
