He was predeceased by: his father Fred P.; and his daughter Amy Christine. He is survived by: his wife Christina Rockey; his daughter Bethany Buckingham Follett (Lynn); and his mother Gladys Buckingham of Lowville, N. Y.. He is also survived by brothers Bruce (Candi) New Bremen, N. Y. and Jeff (Becky) Lisbon, N. Y. and many other relatives.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the family at RG Federal Credit Union in Knob Noster, MO and will be distributed at a later date.
