She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Pollard and Irene Pollard (Johnson); her husband Martin T. Phillips of Burnt Prairie; her siblings, Floyd "Deon" Pollard, Kathleen "Kay" Carter and Lillie Belle Perry; and her son-in-law Michael McMahan.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Phillips (Lynette) of Alma, Kan, Melinda McMahan of Knob Noster and Melissa Morehead (Thomas) of Blue Springs; her granddaughters, Ashley Erickson (Nicholas) of Austin and Lindsey Warren (John-Kelly) of Tulsa, Okla.; her great grandchildren, Finnegan, Rhys Erickson, Whitaker and Sloane Warren; and her caregiver Bonnie Cannon of Warrensburg.
