He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Emma Gene Wiltrout (Treadway); and his brother Edward Wiltrout. He is survived by: his pet Mutt-Mutt; his wife Nancy Wiltrout; his children, Richard Wiltrout, Scott Wiltrout (Shayna), Shelia Kinman (Jacob) and William Wiltrout (Barbara); his siblings, Albert Wiltrout (Julia), Betty Gibbs (Archie) and Freda Hughes (Donald); and his aunt Elizabeth Morris. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
