He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Floyd Zumalt and Anna Lorene Zumalt (Farier); his wife Lillian M. Gregory; and his brothers, Lonnie, Donnie and Eddie.
He is survived by: his son John Zumalt (Amber) of Belton, MO; and his siblings, Darlene Simpson of Warrensburg, MO, Janice Folweiler (Tom) of Hannibal, MO, Steve Zumalt (Pam) of Excelsior Springs, MO, Jim Zumalt (Ami) of Oak Grove, MO and Larry Zumalt (Dianna) of Martin City, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
