He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Evans and Ann May Evans (Anderson); his former wife Helen Jane Baldwin; and his siblings, Charles Evans and Nena Fern.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Runk; and his children, Scott Evans (Ginger) of Concordia, Kathi Evans (Jayne) of Wisconsin, Tony Runk (Jackie) of Shawnee, Halie Van Allen (Doug) of Lawrence and Chad Runk (Alex) of Nixa, Missouri.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Diabetes Association and may be left in care of the Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home, 617 N. Maguire, Warrensburg, Missouri.
