It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bill Turnage (Warrensburg, Missouri), born in Murphysboro, Illinois, who passed away on January 29, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William M. Turnage and Betty J. Turnage; his siblings, Judy Frazier (Art) of Chester, Illinois and John Turnage (Lois) of Pleasantville, Iowa; his nieces, Amber Cushman (Ron) of Chester, Megan Van Heiden (Michael) of Ankeny, Iowa and Michelle Turnage of Pleasantville, Iowa; and his nephew Mark Turnage of Des Moines, Iowa.

Memorial contributions are suggested to UCM Athletics (checks made payable to UCM Foundation) or the Warrensburg Senior Center and can be left in care of the funeral home.

“Dear Family, I'm so sorry that I cant be there to say goodbye to Bill. I take some measure in the fact that I talked to Bill many times about how he was doing and offered some knowledge and communication. I think he did appreciate that. The last few days I was looking for a picture of Bill & me as Mr. Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus but I didn't find it. If I find it, Ill send on to you. John, I know Bill appreciated you being there multiple times. Take comfort in that. Ill be thinking of all. Love”
