She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Sullins; and her parents, James James and Ethel James. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Carolyn; her children, Vickie Rogers (Steve) of Warrensburg, Keith Sullins (Valerie) of Magnolia, Susan Johnson (Jay) of Columbia and John Sullins (Seth) of Columbia, Missouri.; her sister Martha Ann Hall of Oakland, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Megan, Stephen, Ben, Allie, Carly and Kylee; her close friend Mandy; her friends, Mel and Carolyn Hoffman; and her dear neighbors, John and Linda Delaney (family: Amie Etters). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made in honor of Barbara Sullins to Good Shepherd Hospice.
