He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hartley and MaryJane R. Hartley (Slater). He is survived by: his children, Brandy Hartley, Cynthia Howell (Andy Walker) of Piedmont, Kathleen Osborne (Billy Jr.) of Piedmont and Jennifer Robinson (Jeremy) of Piedmont; his grandchildren, Sway (Skyla), Chyanne, Xander, Layla, Jenny, Jessy, Chris, Martin and Aspen; and his former wife Glenes Mae Henderson. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
