He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Carnell and Thelma Carnell (Cooper); and his brother Dennis Carnell. He is survived by: his close friend Mary Ledford of Wappapello; his sons, Randy Lee Carnell, Jr., Christopher Carnell and Dennis Carnell; and his brothers, Terry Carnell, Dan Carnell, Roger Carnell, Gary Carnell and Donnie Carnell. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
