It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kasey Jeanine Carter of Wappapello, Missouri, born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, who passed away on March 13, 2022, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Carter and Jeanie Kellogg Carter of Wappapello; her grandparents, Albert and Cora Carter; and her aunts and uncles, Lilly, Jessie, Louise Carter, Walter, Charles and Donald Carter.
She is survived by: her sons, Austin Jean Carter and Sebastian Jay Carter; her grandparents, Betty Jean Kennedy and Raymond Bruce Kennedy; her siblings, Rachel Lewis (George) and Billy Taylor; her aunts and uncles, Lesa Miller (Lonny), Robin Sweo (Clayton), Elizabeth Harris (Mike), Mary Ann Kellogg-Edington (Johnathan Edington), Rose Lee Bunn, Martha Ann Spurlock, Brian Kennedy (Denise) and Marvin Edward Dukes Carter; and her nephews, George Raymond Lewis III and Bruce Franklin Lewis.
