He was predeceased by: his father John Hulley; and his brother Stephen Hulley. He is survived by: his mother Glenys Round Hulley of Connah's Quay; his close friend Sheri Stone of Wappapello, Missouri; his daughter Julianne Hulley of Springfield, Missouri; and his siblings, Andrew Hulley of Connah's Quay, Ellen Hulley (Carol Johnson) and Flintshire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
