He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Rutherford and Francis Rutherford; and his sister Patty Rutherford. He is survived by: his wife Linda Winters; his children, Barbara Longton, Robin Rose, Jason Winters, Aaron Winters, Leif Rutherford and Summer Pastro; his grandchildren, Brittany Vachon, Jessica Longton, Cj Rose, Ava Winters and Christopher Rutherford; and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Lilly Vachon, Ava and Myla Francis.
