Shirley Jean Moffitt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Shirley Jean Moffitt of Walnut Shade, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Wisdom and Arvilla Wisdom (Stellrecht); and her brothers, Claude Jr., William and Ronald Wisdom.
She is survived by: her significant other William "Bill" Moffitt; her sisters, Ruth Burkert and Joyce Evans; her children, Jerry Brubaker, Virginia Potter (Ron) and Jeanne Gates; and her stepson Mike Moffitt (Joyce). She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Springfield National Cemetery (1702 E Seminole St, Springfield, MO 65804). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Branson (400 S Sunshine, Branson, MO 65616).
