She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford J. LeVelle and Judith LeVelle. She is survived by: her son Matthew Puckett of Walnut Shade; and her siblings, Brian (Amanda LeVelle), Tracy LeVelle of Ava, Mary Jo (Rodney Jones) and Carla White of Springfield. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews – and an army of Friends.
