He was predeceased by: his parents, Fenton Overby and Edna Overby (Wilborn). He is survived by: his children, Brandon Overby of Roxboro and Brittany Overby of Roxboro; and his sisters, Kathie Talley (David) of Winston-Salem, Lavon Perkins (Ronald) of Timberlake and Nancy Dukes (Dennis Thompson) of Roxboro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
