She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Mack and Pansy Lea Mack; her siblings, Gene, Donnie, Dean, Jim Mack and Shirley Scott; her grandson Jacob Kellogg; and her daughter Terianne Love.

She is survived by: her spouse Win Spiva; her child Kim Cook (Dave); her grandsons, Cole and Bret; her son Steve Kellogg (Deatrice); her grandsons, Alex and Zachary; her son Greg Kellogg (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Pierson (Mallory), Drew and Mitchell; her great grandchild Maya; her stepson Keith Spiva (Julia); her stepgrandchildren, Ashlyn Klingensmith (Natha) and Ethan Spiva (Sophie); her stepdaughter LeAnn Spiva Hopfinger (Mike); her stepgrandson Joseph Hopfinger (Dineke); her daughter-in-law Kara Spiva; and also, Millie, Wyatt, Alex Spiva, Barrett, Koen, Letti, Daniel Hopfinger and Evelyn Haun of Monett, MO.

He has lovingly cared for Kay throughout her health struggles with Parkinson's and will miss her greatly.
