She is survived by: her brother Melvin Cooksey (Arley); her daughters, Glenda (Harold Buttram), Debby Self and Kristi Eaves (Reese Wheeless); and her grandchildren, Scott, Kristine Self (San Antonio Tx), Aaron, Freedom Self (Ozark Mo), Jessica Kelley (Springfield Mo), Dallas, Kristin Self and Jaden Eaves (Springfield Mo). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, a host of Nieces and Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews.
