Kelby Seth Fortner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelby Seth Fortner of Walnut Grove, Missouri, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Judy Fortner. He is survived by: his parents, Brian Fortner and Amy Fortner (Blades); his brother Kane Fortner (Daisy Dureault); his grandparents, Larry, Doris Blades and Francis Fortner; and his aunts and uncles, Bobby (Jessica Fortner), Sara (Jason Sturgell), Dan (LaDonna Blades), Rhonda Fortner and Gail. He is also survived by many cousins, who were always his friends, other family and many friends.
