He is survived by: his mother Judy Moore; his wife Teresa Moore; his daughter Alesia (Anthony Coffman); his grandchildren, Peyton, Garrett Coffman and Aubrey Coffman of Willard; his daughter Lindsey (Jarod Rowley); his grandsons, Logan, Brendon and Spencer Rowley of Bolivar; his son Josh Moore of Willard, MO.; and his brothers, Timmy Moore of Holt and Robby Moore of Holt. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
