He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dalton Compton and Aggie Compton (Gray); his wife Marilyn; and his friend Don Yarberry.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilson - Griffin Funeral Homes - Walnut Grove (612 N Washington St, Walnut Grove, MO 65770). A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wheeler Cemetery.
