She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtley N. Dutton and Lelia B. Dutton (Webster); her husband Harold W. Phillips; and her sister-in-law LaVerne Crooks. She is survived by: her son Samuel; her grandchildren, Alayna Lee Bracy (Paul) of Charlotte, NC, Jan Michael Moore of Charlotte, NC and Philip Andrew Moore (Jessica) of York, SC; and her great grandchildren, Xavier, Aiden, Kadence and Haleigh.
