He is survived by: his children, Michael Middleton (Florie) of Vulcan, Sharon Middleton of Vulcan, Marsha Tutterrow (Gene) of Sullivan, Lorinda "Susie" Dement (Terry) of Vulcan and Mary Dement (Jim) of Ellington; his daughter-in-law Roberta Middleton of Vulcan; his grandchildren, Kimberly Howe (Dave), Tim Middleton (Joy), Mitchell Middleton, Stacy Tutterrow (Dana), Leslie Jones (Clay), Rachel Gore (Lance), Hannah Allen (Shane), Tara Patnaude (Adam), Naman Dement (Amanda), Lorinda Smith (Hunter), Caleb Dement (Whitney), Chad Middleton (Rebekah), Drew Middleton, Jared Middleton (Lindsay), Savannah Forshee (Ray), Levi Middleton (Whitney) and Mikayla Kelley (Korey); his brothers, Loyd Middleton (Rebecca) of Halfway and Delmar Middleton (Lynn) of Vulcan; and his siblings-in-law, Arley Thompson, Robert Patterson (Barbara), Gary Patterson (Maxine), Carolyn Middleton and Patsy Stevenson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
