He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack, Peggy Delaney, Harry and Geri Banks; and his aunt Reta Delaney.
He is survived by: his mothers, Nita Banks of Osceola, MO and Donna Wickham of Vista, MO.; and his siblings, John Wickham of Marshfield, MO, Dana Banks (Courtney) of Warsaw, MO and Annie McGuire (Brad) of Clinton, MO. He is also survived by three nieces, eight nephews, two great-nieces, one great nephew, many other family members and friends.
