He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Sims (Maxine) and Davis; his son Gary W. Kleinheider; and his sister Ruth Ann Riddle. He is survived by: his wife Frieda Sims of Villa Ridge, MO; his children, Robert Sims II (Angela Jansen) of Arnold, MO and Jennifer Kent (Dan) of Washington, MO; his grandchildren, Brandon Kleinheider, Isaac Garrett, Gavin and Sawyer Sims; and his siblings, Mary Lous Selby, Bert of Owensville, IN, Carol Watson of Hazelwood, MO, Doris Blake of Monrovia, IN and Richard Sims (Susan) of Bunker, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
