It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Willson of Villa Ridge, Missouri, born in Ipswich, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Rathe (Laetitia) and Laetitia Rathe; and her husband Harold Willson. She is survived by: her children, Denise Lay (Steve Travis) of St. Charles, Michael Willson (Deborah) of St. Mary's, GA, James Willson (Mindy) of Union and Eric Willson of Overland; and her brother Paul Rathe (Jane) of Ipswich, MA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and one on the way; other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the American Diabetes Association are preferred.
