The memory of Rebecca Denny of Villa Ridge, Missouri, who passed away on October 29, 2024 at the age of 82, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wames Qualls and Evelyn "Mimi" Harris; her stepfather William Harris; her sons, Stephen Tharp and Michael Tharp; and her sister Kay Froehlich.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Denny of Villa Ridge; her son Eric Denny (Rose Dinet) of Villa Ridge; her grandchildren, Shannon DiCianno (Sam) of O'Fallon, Niki Kennedy (Justin) of St. Peters and Seth Thompson of Villa Ridge; her great grandchildren, Laci Kennedy, Caden DiCianno and Bennett DiCianno; her brother William Harris of Leesburg, VA; and her nephew Donald Froehlich of Villa Ridge. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oltmann Funeral Home - Washington (508 E 14th St, Washington, MO 63090). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM at the Boeuff Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Alzheimer's Association.
