She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Gulley (Maymie) and Maymie Gulley; her stepmother Irma Gulley; her husband William J. Ball; her siblings, Bill Gulley, Oliver Gulley, Ben Gulley, Harry Gulley Jr., Eugene Gulley, Betty Wyman, Verna Towell and Emma Barton; her great grandchildren, Kylee Guittar and Raylan Schengbier; and her son-in-law Wally Carpenter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Carpenter of Washington, Marty Tayon (Jim) of Washington and Jackie Naumann (Wayne) of Washington; her siblings, Ken Gulley (Nancy Callahan) of Rolla, Kathy Cook (Larry) of Warrenton, Grace Avery of Crystal City, Cleta Null of Pacific and Myrtle Alexander of Buckner; her grandchildren, Shannon Finley Regan (Eric), Chris Finley, Jennifer Naumann Aholt (Joe) and Amy Naumann Schengbier (Justin); her great grandchildren, Samantha, Tyler, Jordan, Greyson, Colton and Brayden; and her great great grandchildren, Ellen and Lane. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
