He is survived by: his son Garrett Collins (Jennifer Siddall) of Villa Ridge; his sisters, Betty Atherton, Gloria Schmitz (Danny) and Peggy Douglas; and his granddaughter Camille Henry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
