He is survived by: his wife Mary Catherine "Cathy" Whitehead; his children, Tracy Whitehead of Washington, MO, Erin Coleman (Brent) of Ballwin, MO and Zach Whitehead (Melissa); his brother Paul Whitehead (Rita) of Warrenton, MO; his sister-in-law Ludena Whitehead of Bourbon, MO; and his grandchildren, Makenna, Brody and Brynlee.
