He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Sanson and Barbara Pryor; his sister Donna Steffens; his sister-in-law Debbie Pryor; and his daughter Megan Willoughby.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Anne (Piper); his children, Tim Blue of Cuba, Tom Blue (Michelle) of Washington, Amber Sanson-Reed of Villa Ridge and Christy Cox of Florida; his siblings, Paul Wayne Pryor of Tennessee and Melonie Nance (Dennis) of Washington; his siblings-in-law, Frank Steffens, Charlene "Tink" Piper of Iowa, Christina Piper of Iowa and Crystal Hopwood (John Ingles) of Iowa; and his grandchildren, Brooklyn Dains, Kaydence Sanson-Reed, Scottie, Jasmine, Jayden, Devon, Oliva Blue, Teagan Blue, William Blue, Jace Blue and Toby Blue. He is also survived by nieces; nephew; other relatives and many friends.
