With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ellen Rouse of Villa Ridge, Missouri, born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on January 31, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lowman and Mary Ellen Lowman. She is survived by: her husband Robert Rouse of Villa Ridge; her children, Jonathan Rouse (Payton) of Belton and Jessica Rouse of Labadie; her brother Michael Lowman of Orlando, FL; and her grandchildren, Kayleigh, Kyler, Carmela and Bryndle. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family are preferred.
