He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvie Smith and Betty Smith (Sisco); and his father-in-law Paul (Billie Havens). He is survived by: his wife Miss Debbie Havens; his daughters, Stacey Duncan (Chad) of Vienna, MO and Melissa Parker (Jeremy) of Vienna, MO; his siblings, Richard Smith (Margie) of Jefferson City, MO, Elvie Lee of Rich Fountain, MO, Virginia Brophy of Vienna, MO and Jane Tennyson of Rolla, MMO; his grandchildren, Cody Parker, Taylor Garnett (Jordan), Torri Feeler Feeler (Blaine), Terra Huffman, Christopher Parker, Cole Parker, Stella Duncan and Gracie Duncan; and his great grandchildren, Gentry Feeler, Jed Garnett and Riggs Feeler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested and greatly appreciated to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, cards will be available and are available at all James & Gahr locations.
