She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Ray and Matilda "Tillie" Elizabeth Kinkead (Vaughan); her husband Jake; her daughter Cheryl Lynn Willoughby; her grandchildren, Jacob Willoughby, Angela Willoughby and Nicole Willoughby; and her brothers, Willard Kinkead, Millard Kinkead, Floyd "Junior" Kinkead and Ralph Kinkead.
She is survived by: her children, David Willoughby (Jane) of St. Elizabeth, Danny Willoughby (Maria) of Foristell, Donie Willoughby of Vienna, Walter "Dale" Willoughby (Debra) of Vienna and Kim Eads (Doug) of Vienna; her grandchildren, Dana Wansing (Chris) of Vienna, Danielle Eads (Dennis Hutchison) of Vienna, Tyler Willoughby (Shay) of Vienna, Misty Weakly (Tim) of Vienna and Nick Willoughby of Vienna; her great grandchildren, Larissa Rollins, Zachary Wansing, Alijah Mercer, Brookelynn Mercer and Oaklyn Willoughby; and her sister-in-law Pearl Kinkead of Dixon. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, with greats as well; and other relatives and friends.
