She is survived by: her children, Angel Farrell of Brighton, England, Vanessa Whittle (Joel Wald) of Vienna, Missouri, Oliver Amick (Andrea) of Houston, Missouri and Jordan Amick of Houston, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Sara Price (Dalton), Delanie Cruise (Jacob), Lucas Lambeth (Brooke Henry), Nigel Amick, Liliana Amick (Andrew Pierce), Phoenix Amick, Clementine Amick and Montgomery Amick; her great grandchildren, Adalyn Price and Ellie Lambeth; her sister Jackie Sample (Allan); and her nieces, Vicki Harrison (Phil) and Rachel Plunkett (Stephen).
