He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Tilghman and Effie Leona Feeler (Hayes); his son Johnny Todd Feeler; and his brothers, Forest Alexander Feeler, Julius Feeler and Tilghman Alex Feeler.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Feeler; his children, Delmar T. "Ted" Feeler, Jr. (Beverly) of Vienna, Terry L. Feeler (Stefanie) of Vienna and Tammy Kleffner (Mark) of Vienna; his grandchildren, Waylon Kleffner (Nicki), Candace Schwartz (Dwayne), Chace Feeler (Leann) and Brock Feeler (Karissa Feeler); his great grandchildren, Emma Kleffner, Brody Kleffner, Blakley Feeler and Andi Wilson; his siblings, Wayne Feeler (Wynn), Anna Lee Baker (Jim) and Jackie Keaton (Larry); and his granddaughters, Angel Baker, Karissa Feeler, Jada Kleffner and Ashley Wilson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
