He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Alfred and Marie Selma Neubert (Stecher); and his siblings, Henry Alfred "Hank" Neubert, Warren Edward Neubert and Helen Florence Hay.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Carl August Neubert, Jr. (Connie), Dixon, Kenneth Edward Neubert (Peggy), Deborah Jean Kern and Faith Marie Reese Ozark (Jeremy); his brother Harold Neubert (Fern); and his grandchildren, Stephen, Rachel, Daniel, Marie, Caroline, Nicole, Jeremy, Kaitlyn, Mechelle, Staci, Gavin and Allison. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
