He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughters, Lori Jean Robbins (George) of Rolla and Kelli Elizabeth Alcantara (Jeremy) of St. James; and his grandchildren, Wayne Dale, Glen Eugene and Emma Jean. He is also survived by sister-in-law, Nancy Board, Lee's Summit; nephews, nieces.
