He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane "Andy" Johnson and Ardis Johnson (Jungferman). He is survived by: his siblings, Edward William Johnson of Show Low, AZ, Nancy Jo Zolck (Dennis) of Arlington, NE and Michael Duane Johnson of Fort Wayne, IN. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
